We have partnered with Sébastien Lemoine, VP of International Commercialization, to hire our National Sales Director (UK). This position will serve as the national sales strategist and operator, managing sales representatives in the field, key customers, and the entire sales lifecycle. Our National Sales Director will navigate the NHS while managing multiple key stakeholders in the ICU and critical care space, while accelerating the sales process.

​​Responsibilities ​
• Determines annual unit, revenue, and selling contribution plans.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals, revenue, and selling contribution.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
• Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
• Evaluate the performance of sales staff.
• Coach and co-travel with your sales team.
• Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
• Generate timely sales reports
• Control expenses and monitor budgets.
• Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
• To achieve set financial goals within the company policy and the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Authorizing and approving the quotations for the sales force.
• Taking a commercial decision for non-grounded complaints
• To operate within the limits of the company QMS.
• Monitoring the processes applicable and proposing improvements when necessary.
• To control and improve your own management, administrative skills, and qualities.

Qualifications & Competencies
• Business degree or related professional qualification.
• Experience in directing or managing sales teams.
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing a sales strategy.
• Budgeting and analytical skills (financial).
• Leadership skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software applications e.g. Microsoft Office, Business Central.
• Fluent in English.
