We have partnered with Shyam Natarajan, CEO, to hire two West Coast Sales Executives. These sales leaders will build awareness, train physicians on the technology, and partner with Avenda's Customer Success team to create long-term customer relationships.
With a backlog of inquiring sites and 100s of interested physicians, Avenda is seeking ambitious sales leaders who can quickly secure and fulfill contracts, rapidly scale territories, and position themselves for upward mobility as the first two sales representatives on the team.
​​Responsibilities ​

We are seeking a West Coast Sales Executive who is a proven hunter—someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals. This role is ideal for a self-directed sales professional with experience selling into urology practices and/or health systems, who is energized by a fast-paced startup environment and wants to help shape the future of a high-growth company.

You will own the full sales cycle in your territory, from prospecting and discovery through contracting and close, while working closely with clinical, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do
​

Prospect, develop, and close new accounts across the West Coast, with a focus on urology groups, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and health systems

Act as a true hunter: generate pipeline through outbound efforts, conferences, KOL relationships, and creative deal-making

Navigate complex healthcare sales cycles involving physicians, administrators, IT, contracting, and billing stakeholders

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to clinical and executive audiences

Build strong relationships with physician champions and healthcare leaders

Manage forecast and pipeline for opportunities through CRM

Provide feedback to leadership and product teams to help shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product evolution
What We’re Looking For

***Urology MedTech Sales Experience Required***

Proven sales hunter with a track record of closing new business

Experience selling into urology, medical devices, healthcare SaaS, or enterprise software for healthcare systems

Comfortable selling complex, high-value solutions with multiple stakeholders

Self-directed, highly organized, and able to operate independently in a startup environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both clinical and executive audiences

Willingness to travel across the West Coast as needed
