Prior to his career in talent acquisition, Gilbert served 11 years in the United States Army as an Airborne Ranger, including service with the 82nd Airborne Division, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team and assignments throughout Europe and Afghanistan.

Gilbert studied Organizational Leadership at the University of Louisville and received Human Resources certifications from the University of South Florida. His military background shaped the discipline, adaptability, and leadership approach he brings to executive search, and he is passionate about connecting exceptional leaders with organizations where they can make a lasting impact.
