Ren Lauricella is a seasoned strategist and event executor with a passion for building community through immersive experiences. Before joining Lifeblood, Ren served as Director of Project Management at a management consulting firm specializing in Health IT and Emergency Management, where they led complex initiatives across healthcare systems and technology platforms at a state level.

Ren holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a double major in Psychology and is certified as both a Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM).

She has led cross-functional projects, spearheaded fundraising campaigns, implemented innovative tech solutions, and produced high-impact events.

At Lifeblood, Ren leads two of Lifeblood's signature MedTech conferences—The Houston MedTech Oktoberfest and the Houston MedTech Rodeo—bringing together corporate strategics, innovators, investors, and healthcare leaders, to celebrate progress and spark new collaborations.
